Special Session on
New Developments in Intelligent Systems and Control

Intelligent systems and control has been an exciting subfield of engineering and new results at both the theoretical and practical levels continue to be developed by numerous researchers and practicing engineers. This motivates us to organize a special session at the 12th International Conference on Advanced Computational Intelligence (ICACI'2020, https://conference.cs.cityu.edu.hk/icaci/) to show some of these recent developments in advanced intelligent systems control theory and applications.

We believe that ICACI'2020 is a suitable forum for presenting some new results in this field, and expect that through organization of some special topic invited sessions, we will entice more graduate students to be interested in advanced intelligent systems control theory and applications.

Special Session on
Control Theory-based Brain Modulation Technology and Application

As one of the most epoch-making techniques, Brain modulation is not only an effective means for diagnosing and treating neuropsychiatric diseases, but also a common tool for studying brain physiology and brain function. It also has great application value in exploring cognition, emotion, memory and language. This session aims to offer a timely opportunity for academic researchers to present, discuss, and exchange the latest results and findings of Brain Modulation Technology and Application, as well as the future development directions.
