Due to COVID-19 pandemic, ISNN2020 has been unfortunately postponed. In view of the recent ease of the situation in
the region, the ISNN2020 Organizing Committee decided to reschedule the event to December 4-6, 2020 to avoid further
delay. To ensure safety and protect our health, we plan to hold all technical sessions virtually
online (i.e., all presentations will be made via Tencent Meeting or Zoom). The authors may attend the event
physically or virtually according to your availability and related regulations. For those who will attend the
event physically, we can make academic exchanges personally at an allowable scale. In the worst case if the pandemic
becomes worse then in the region and we are not allowed to gather by the local government, we can still complete
the technical sessions via the Internet. We hope that you could understand such an unfortunate change
and look forward to meeting most of you at ISNN2020 in Cairo, Egypt.
May 1, 2020: Due to the pandemic, the event may have to be postponed,
tentatively early December. New submissions are still welcome.
