    Submission Guidelines

    Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers by the submission deadline. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted under review or copyright protected by the author if accepted.

    All papers should be submitted electronically via Online Submission System. The format of the initial submissions must be PDF.

    Paper Format

    Papers must be single-spaced in one column format within an area of 122 mm x 193 mm with 10-point Times-Roman font. Nominal pages is ten but maximum is twelve subject to overlength page charge.  All papers must be written in English using the Springer LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) style, including all tables, figures, and references. Download the PDF of the Authors Guidelines.

    It is required that the authors use the style file of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (template files for MS Word or LaTeX2e) when preparing the manuscripts to ensure the uniformity of papers.

    Copyright

    After uploading the final version of your accepted paper, please continue to complete the online electronic Copyright Form.

    Authors' Instructions for Final Camera-Ready Papers

    There are several steps you need to follow:

    (1) Revise your paper as soon as possible according to the reviewers' suggestions/comments. You may view the reviewers' comments/suggestions in your author's account of the ISNN 2024 Online Submission System. Please improve your writing if possible.

    (2) Prepare your camera-ready paper in the exact format as the sample paper for Springer LNCS (template files are provided in the Submission page). Please read the Authors Guidelines carefully before preparing your papers. Please note that the camera-ready papers shall have typically 8 pages, with maximum 10 pages long subject to overlength page charge.

    (3) Upload your paper in the Online Submission System. Besides submitting the PDF file, you must submit the source files such as the WORD and LaTeX files. We recommend that you place all your files in one directory, zip the directory, and upload the zipped file which contains all necessary files.

    (4) Fill out the copyright form. Please complete the online electronic Copyright Form. The title of the symposium proceedings is Advances in Neural Networks - ISNN 2024.

    (5) Please package all your files (Camera-ready paper, source files, copyright Form) and send them to publication chairs before April 1, 2024.

    (6) **Register for the symposium. **Please refer to the Registration page. To include each paper in the final conference proceedings, one full registration must be made by April 1, 2024.

    (7) If you need a visa to enter China, please contact isnn@cs.cityu.edu.hk after registration. Only registered authors will be issued with the official visa invitation letters.
