Regular Paper
Both research and industry track papers are solicited. The submitted manuscript must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Submissions should be no more than 10 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt). Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, and will be EI indexed. The prospective authors should submit their papers through the submission web page at

Work-In-Progress Paper Submission Information
A one page abstract describing works that are currently in-progress should be submitted through the submission website before June 03, 2016 11:59pm GMT-12. Please note that submissions should be no more than 1 page in IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt) and should include the author names, affiliations, and related references. The title of the submitted document should start with “WiP Abstract:” and should be in pdf format. Accepted work-in-progress abstracts will be included in the RTCSA 2016 proceedings. All authors of accepted WiP abstracts will have a short oral presentation slot at the conference’s WiP session.

Poster/Demo Abstract Submission Information
Similar to the WiP instructions, authors of demo/poster abstracts are asked to submit a one-page abstract through the submission website before June 03, 2016 11:59pm GMT-12. The title of the submitted abstract should start with either “Demo Abstract:” or “Poster Abstract:”. Authors of poster and demo abstracts will be invited to participate in a short oral presentation (one-minute madness session) to introduce their work to the RTCSA audience prior to the poster/demo session.

Final Paper Submission Information
The deadline for final paper submission is  June 8, 2016. Papers accepted by RTCSA 2016 will appear in the conference proceedings of RTCSA 2016 published by CPS and in the IEEE Xplore. This page contains information for preparing and submitting the final papers.


  1. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

  2. The final paper is prepared according to the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF format, they must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus check.

  3. The page limit for regular papers is 10 pages. A maximum of two additional pages is allowed with the charge of 200 USD per extra page. The page limit for short papers is 6 pages. A maximum of one additional page is allowed with the charge of 200 USD per extra page.

  4. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF System) procedure. This copyright release form MUST be COMPLETED when you are submitting your paper. Failure to do so will render the paper inadmissible for publication in IEEE Xplore, and the paper will subsequently be removed from the proceedings.

  6. Papers must be submitted by the Deadline Date.

  7. An Author Registration is required for registering a paper, and each paper needs a unique Author Registration. All the accepted papers, must be presented by the authors in the conference. Failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings, and will not be included in IEEE Xplore or indexed by EI.
